Comments: I followed the instructions and tried 2 capsules a day for about 1 week. For me that was way to much as they pack allot of stuff in just one capsule. I use 1 a day and have seen my health improve quite a bit from the last months. my hair is stronger and fuller. Less body aches, and my exercise recovery is better. I do supplement with other product but this is my only addition so this works. If your like me about 140 pounds at 5'7" than i suggest one capsule because these are big capsules packed with allot of stuff inside. Yes I have recommended these to others.
